Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on every order within the U.S.

Processing and delivery times Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–12 days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak holiday season or due to carrier delays. For holiday delivery, we recommend ordering by early December.

Order tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details.

Shipping address Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support.kimen@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
